我院神经外科抗菌药物使用调查分析

摘 要:
目的：分析我院神经外科病人抗菌药物使用情况。方法：随机抽取神经外科住院病历120份,调查抗菌药物使用情况。结果：抗菌药物使用率为67.5%。使用最多是头孢菌素类、硝基咪唑类、氨基糖苷类,常用联合用药方式有头孢菌素类＋硝基咪唑类、头孢菌素类＋氨基糖苷类。结论：我院神经外科抗菌药物使用基本遵循了安全、有效、经济的合理用药原则,基本无不合理用药现象,但仍存在某些不适当用药和需要改正的问题。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Objective： To analyze the usage of antibacterial drugs in in-patients of neurosurgery department. Methods： 120 cases of in-patients in neurosurgery department were randomized for the investigation.Results： The using frequeucy of antibacterial drugs was 67.5%. Among the used antibacterial drugs, the expending amount of cephalosporins was the largest, the second was nitroimidazole derivatives, and the third was aminoglycosides. The commonest combined drugs was cephalosporins ＋ nitroimidazole derivatives, cephalosporins ＋ aminoglycosides. Conclusion：The usage of antibacterial is safe, effective and economic, but correspondent methods should be further found to solve the irrational usage of antibacterial drugs in neurosurgery department.[著者文摘]
