摘 要:
一系列对人类影响重大的事件的爆发，蕴含着时代的深刻变革，标志着我们已无可规避地置身于风险社会，“风险”代替了“危险”成为当代社会的重要特征。面对当下越来越复杂和难以驾驭的世界，风险管理为我们应对风险提供了重要策略。因应当代风险特征，应实现风险管理的创新，即要实现风险管理的重心前移，倡导主客体互动、发展人文导向，贯彻治理理念。[著者文摘]

Innovation of Contemporary Risk Management

Abstract:
Eruption of a series of great events entails profound evolution of the time, and symbolizes a risk society that one could not avoid; so ＂risk＂ replaces ＂danger＂ and hence becomes an important nature of the present society. Risk management has become a crucial strategy for us to deal with risks in the current world that has been more and more complicated and difficult to control. The paper argues that, because of the characteristics of the current risks, we should realize the innovations of risk management. To be specific, we should realize transferring forward the risk management focus, advocate interaction between subject and object of risk management, develop the humanistic orientation, and fulfill the ideas of governance.[著者文摘]
