摘 要:
从畜禽福利和有机畜牧业的概念出发，阐述了二者之间的内在联系以及在我国的重视程度、发展现状和实践意义，最后探讨了畜禽福利和有机畜牧业在促进我国畜牧业持续发展中的作用。由此得出，实行畜禽福利饲养是有机畜牧业的基本要求，而且发展福利饲养和有机畜牧业将有利于从根本上解决目前我国畜牧业面临的环境污染、产品品质和安全问题。[著者文摘]

Welfare Raising is Basic Requirement for Organic Animal Husbandry

Abstract:
Based on the concepts of animal welfare and organic animal husbandry, this paper expounds the inherent relation between the two, their development status, significance for practice and the importance in China. Finally, it discusses the role of animal welfare and organic animal husbandry in promoting the sustainable development of animal hus- bandry in China. It is therefore concluded that welfare raising is a basic requirement for organic animal husbandry, and that developing welfare raising and organic animal husbandry will solve the problems of environmental pollution, quality and safety of products confronting animal husbandry in China.[著者文摘]
