摘 要:
拓展训练是现代西方国家的一种新兴的教育方式——体验式学习,它以身体活动为手段载体,以游戏活动为活动形式,以挖掘潜能熔炼团队为目标进而完善人格的学校教育模式。从理论的角度,科学地分析目前拓展训练在高校体育教学中的现状及意义,还从实证研究的角度,通过问卷调查、实地考察等,进行分析研究得出：拓展训练深受当代大学生喜欢,并且符合当代大学生的健康发展观要求。[著者文摘]
