海河流域生态修复发展方向研究

论述了海河流域水资源基本情况和流域内生态需水问题，提出了流域内水生态系统演变及生态恶化原因和修复目标，本着“节水优先、治污为本、科学开源、统一调度”的治水新思路，以节水治污为重点，以富裕农民为主线，全力推动水利现代化建设。[著者文摘]
