南亚遭受严重水灾

摘 要:
暴雨和季风给南亚带来了可怕的洪灾，致使数千人丧生，数百万人流离失所。印度北部、孟加拉国、尼泊尔的大部分地区都淹没在洪水之中。遭受水灾的部分居民将此次的洪灾喻为记忆中最严重的灾难。此次的暴雨和每年从阿拉伯海和印度洋将湿润空气带到南亚大陆大部分地区的亚洲季风（季节性改变风向的风）有关。虽然季风是可预见的，但是今年该地区的降雨量大的非比寻常。[第一段]
