摘 要:
寝室人际关系是大学生人际关系中最普遍、最直接、最重要的一种人际关系。寝室人际关系的好坏直接影响寝室成员的心理健康状况。美国东密西根大学管理学教授特布斯（Stewart L．Tubhs）提出的小群体互动理论认为，影响小群体人际关系的主要因素包括群体成员的相关背景因素以及该群体的内在结构因素等。大学生寝室群体是典型的初级小群体。研究发现，寝室人际关系在性别、是否独生子女、家庭条件、学科、年级均不存在显著差异，其主要影响因素是大学生对于寝室的价值定位、和室友聊天的时间以及参与寝室公共活动的多少等。这项研究发现与小群体理论的结论十分吻合。[著者文摘]

An Empirical Research on Factors Effecting Dormitory Interpersonal Relationship of College Student

Abstract:
Many scholars think that, there are many factors effecting dormitory interpersonal relationship of college student, such as gender, only child or nononly child, family condition, disciplines, and personal living habit and so on. Some researchers verified that there are some differences between these factors and dormitory interpersonal relationship by making an investigation. The present researches adopt theory of small group interaction to analyze the dormitory interpersonal relationship, and make ordinal logistic regression for dormitory interpersonal relationship by these factors, the data comes from an investigation did in a certain key university in Shanghai last year. The results is that there is no significant influence between these factors and dormitory inter~ personal relationship, whose key influencing factors are group members＇ value for dormitory, communication of each other, and how many dormitory public activities they participated.[著者文摘]
