摘 要:
随着中国加入WTO,经济全球化与企业经营的国际化,使得对企业道德责任的考察具有世界范围内的普适性。在这个意义上,企业道德责任并非只是评价企业道德高下的标准,而且也是企业进入国际市场的门槛。企业道德责任的实现条件可以从企业外部环境建设与企业自身的认同与践行两个方面来审视。外部环境建设主要指制度环境,最为主要的就是法制环境的建设,其次就是社会舆论的力量;而企业自身的认同与践行不仅有赖于企业是否能够把责任的实现与基于责任的企业信誉结合起来使企业收益,同时也仰仗于企业伦理文化所铸就的企业美德以及个人良知的支撑。[著者文摘]

On the Conditions of the Moral Responsibility of China Enterprises in Globalization

Abstract:
With the entrance of China into WTO, the internalization of the management of the enterprises and the globalization, the investigation into the moral responsibility of China enterprises has a character of worldwide universality. In this sense, the moral responsibility is not only the standard the judgment of morality, but also the threshold of the enterprises into international market. The moral responsibility can be carried out from two aspects: the first is the outer environment construction of the enterprises, and the second is the self-identification and practice of the enterprises. The former mainly refers to the system circumstance, the uppermost of which is the construction of legal system environment, and then the public opinion. As for the latter, it not only depends on that if the enterprises are able to combine the credit standing and the responsibility to make themselves pay off, but also depends on the enterprises' virtue and the individual conscience.[著者文摘]
