摘 要:
法律规避是国际私法中的一个重要问题，理论界及各国立法对其持不同态度。法律规避制度的意义在区际私法中仍然重要。我国两岸四地法律差异很大，易于形成法律规避，而在现行立法体系中还没有正式的关于法律规避的规定。在未来的统一区际冲突法的设计和制定中，我国应明文禁止区际法律规避。[著者文摘]

Evasion of Law in the Regional Private Law

Abstract:
Law--evasion is an important issue in the private international law. There are different positions on this issue within nations＇legislation and in theory. At the same time, the evasion of law is a prominent issue in the regional private law. Owing to the diversity of legal systems among the four communities, there are more room to form the evasion of law. However, the formal rules of law--evasion are not exist in our present legislation system. China should prohibit the evasion of law clearly in framing an uniform regional private law in the future.[著者文摘]
