摘 要:
跨国民族问题是当今社会的新生态民族问题，是影响新世纪国际关系的世界性问题。本文从跨国民族问题与极端主义逆流的结合、当代跨国民族问题的尖锐化与各种犯罪活动相关联，跨国的移民族体和宗教集团的政治追求呈上升趋势等三个方面，分析了当代跨国民族问题的几个较普遍的新特征。目的是要引起国际社会对这一问题的高度重视，为构建和谐世界创造一个良好的发展环境。[著者文摘]
