西方近代主体哲学强调“自我”,表现出“唯我论”姿态,现代现象学兴起,改变了这一格局,他者受到重视,但现象学视阈中的他者又各有不同的言说。胡塞尔、海德格尔的他者仍然处于同一性中;他者与自我是一种对称关系;萨特只看到他者与自我的斗争;梅洛·庞蒂把他者肉身化,从意识哲学脱身而出;勒维纳斯奠定了真正的他者哲学,他者成为绝对他者。[著者文摘]

“Otherness” in the Phenomenological Vision

Abstract:
The subjectival Western philosophy emphasizes “ego” and advocates “solipsism”,but the emergence of modern phenomenology has changed the situation and “otherness” is paid close attention to. However, “otherness” varies in the phenomenological vision: Edmund Husserl and Martin Heidegger’s otherness still belongs to self-identity,and otherness and ego form symmetric relations ; Jean Paul Sartre only sets his eyes on the struggle between otherness and ego;Maurice Merleau-Ponty considers otherness physical which separates from ideological philosophy; and Emmanuel Levinas establishes his otherness philosophy in which otherness becomes an absolute one.[著者文摘]
