高校科技中介机构的发展，已成为推动高校科技成果转化及技术转移的一条有效途径。本文在分析借鉴国外成功经验的基础上，阐述了我国高校科技中介机构的主要存在形式和功能，提出了推动高校科技中介进一步发展的措施。[著者文摘]
