非洲的石油储量巨大，被祢为“第二个海湾地区”。近年来，非洲石油工业发展迅速，成为全球石油勘探活动最活跃的一个新区。在非洲发掘新的市场空间，不仅是西方大国重视非洲的因素，也是中国外交不可忽视的因素。中国进口非洲石油面临着前所未有的机遇，也面临着前所未有的挑战，总的来说机遇大于挑战。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Africa, with huge amount of potential petroleum, has been regarded as the Second Gulf.
