Abstract:
Humanism is an ideology which formed an important restriction to the autocracy in traditional Chinese law culture and promoted the traditional justice system, especially the concepts of ＂prudent penalty＂, ＂justice＂ and ＂light penalty＂ in punishment of criminals in the traditional Chinese justice for the establishment of the relevant legal system.[著者文摘]
