Abstract:

The paper introduces the latest Japanese legislation on private international law, relating to capacity for civil conduct, contract, ct of tort and creditor＇s right transfer. As a product of the modernization and globalization of laws, the Act on General Rules on Application of Laws is one of the latest legislation on private international law. It will be helpful for realizing the development trend of theory and practice of private international law. It also puts forward some enlightenment on the legislative and judicial work in China.[著者文摘]
