随着国民经济持续快速发展，我国石油的供求矛盾日益突出，国际上围绕石油资源的争夺也愈演愈烈，石油价格持续上涨，如何构建多元化的石油供应体系，为国民经济的持续发展提供稳定的能源保障，已成为我国亟待解决的重大问题。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Along with the fast development of the national economy, the contradictions of oil between its supply and demand are becoming more and more striking while the struggle for resources of oil is fiercer and fiercer in the world so that the price of oil is keeping going up. It has become a great task to be solved urgently how to establish a multi-dimensional oil supply system so as to provide protection of energy resources for the sustained development of our national economy.[著者文摘]
