摘 要:
为了从根本上解决困扰中国经济发展、影响国家现代化进程的“三农”问题，国家提出了新农村建设的口号。而乡村旅游作为一种新兴的旅游形式，是农业生产与旅游活动的有机结合，它不但可以调整农业产业结构、促进农业发展、增加农民收入还可以改变农村破败的面貌、稳定农村社会、引进城市资金等多方面促进中国的新农村建设；与此同时，新农村建设也为乡村旅游的发展提供了商业环境，发展空间和政策支持。[著者文摘]

The Interactive Relationship of Rural Tourism and the Construction of New Country

Abstract:
The problem of agriculture, country and peasant in China has perplexed the economic growth and affected the modernization process. In order to solve this problem, the government has adopted the policy of the construction of new country. While rural tourism, as a newly developed way, combines agricultural production with tourism activities, which can adjust the structure of agricultural production, promote agricultural development and increase peasants＇ income. Furthermore, it could change the situation of village, stabilize the rural society and bring in funds from urban cities to stimulate the construction of new country. Meanwhile, the construction of new country provides the business environment, developmental space and the poll- cy to support rural tourism.[著者文摘]
