在中国,职业足球俱乐部运动员的薪酬问题倍受关注,但足球运动的整体状况却乏善可陈。薪酬制度存在着诸多不合理之处,制约着足球俱乐部的建设,也影响着足球运动的发展。设计一套符合现代人力资源管理思想的足球运动员薪酬体系势在必行。本文从工资、奖金、保险福利、精神薪酬四方面,对运动员的薪酬进行了设计管理。以“按绩效论报酬标准”为核心,从薪酬设计的思路、步骤、方案、实施等方面阐述了足球运动员的薪酬管理。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
In China, the professional soccer club athlete's salary question receives more and more attention, but the overall soccer movement actually haves little discusses. In salary system, there are a lot of unreasonable aspects, which restricting the soccer club construction, and also affecting the soccer movement development. It is imperative to conforming soccer athlete salary system to the modern human resources management, This article discuss on the wages, the bonus, the insurance welfare, the spiritual salary four aspects, has carried on the design management to athlete's salary. Take "the reward standard according to the achievements" as the core, from mentality of salary design to step, plan, implementation elaborated the soccer athlete's salary management, both has the theory basis, and has the actual execution the possibility and the foundation, has carried on the beneficial exploration for the professional soccer club scientific management.[著者文摘]
