江苏省城市社区体育组织管理现状的调查分析

摘 要:
采用文献资料、访谈、问卷调查等研究方法对江苏省的城市社区体育的基层组织管理的现状进行调查，并进行分析。结果表明：江苏省城市社区体育基层管理组织比较健全；体育社团在城市社区体育组织管理中发挥了一定作用。管理面临的主要困难依次为：资金投入不足、体育场地设施缺乏、无法与其他部门协调、缺乏专职管理人员。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
This text mainly adopts a cultural heritage data method and interviews research methods. The result shows that the grass--roots management organization of the city community athletics in Jiangsu province is sounder. The athletics association develops certain function in the athletics organization of the city community the management.
