摘 要:
从我国学校体育的发展形势阐述了高校体育课开设第二课堂的必要性。分析指出高校开设第二体育课堂的关键在于以下四方面：1．形成开展体育第二课堂正确的认知与基本共识；2．洋为中用，学习先进国家体育第二课堂开设模式；3．丰富的体育竞赛是开展第二课堂的重要手段；4．充分利用周末双休，为开展高校体育第二课堂提供时间上的保障。提出了开展第二课堂的有效方法和手段，以期为高校开展群体工作提供有益的探索。[著者文摘]
