摘 要:
长期以来,在绝大多数社会中,女性被排斥在社会高层以外。以男性为主导的社会现实造成了民族旅游中女性的病理化形象和女性游客的不公平地位,旅游业也因此形成女性主导,而男性受压抑受贬斥的行业性别。树立正确的性别观念,建立游客与东道主的真诚友谊,是顺应世界性别公平潮流的有效措施。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
For a long time, female are excluded from the classes almost in all society. Due to the magistral role of male played in society, female in national tourism show as a pathological image, and this also takes female tourists into an unfair status. Simultaneity, it results female staff＇s magistral status in tourism industry, meanwhile male staff are supplanted and denounced.
