摘 要:
当前我国儿童、少年进行系统速滑训练的人数明显减少,在此形势下尤应重视儿少速滑运动员的选材工作.当今选材意义不仅在于一般性的挑选和发现天才,其重要性已移向对儿童速滑运动员潜能进行评测,确定其优势与弱点,为今后＂选育结合＂提供依据,以便对其进行个性化、针对性训练.结合少年速滑训练实践,从诸多选材研究成果中筛选出一种选材标准,并对其应用法进行了介绍和说明.[著者文摘]
