摘 要:
在市场经济条件下，家庭分散经营的渔业生产组织方式已成为制约我国渔业经济增长、渔村经济发展和渔民收入提高的关键性因素，要摆脱“三渔”困境，就必须对我国现行的渔业生产组织方式进行变革，走规模化、集约化道路。文章分析了我国现行的家庭分散经营的渔业生产组织方式的局限性，并提出了相应的创新思路。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
In the market conditions, the decentralized organization of domestic fisheries operating in family has become the key factor limiting the fishery production growth, economic development of fishing village and the raise of fishermen income. To get rid of the ＂three fish＂ predicament, China must change the existing fishery production organization into large, intensive road.
