摘 要:
高校学术腐败有多种成因因素,其根本原因关涉到人生存和发展的根本性问题——利益问题。本文在对利益冲突与学术腐败泛化的基本阐述之上,对高校教师的利益需求和高校学术评价机制进行深入分析,最后提出合理利用利益机制,整体化、制度化解决高校学术腐败问题的基本思想。并强调,利益协调是社会和谐发展的基础,是制约我们有效解决学术腐败问题的关键所在。[著者文摘]

Analysis on Academic Corruption in Colleges and Universities from the View of Interests

Abstract:
Academic corruption has various causes. The interests issue is the fundamental reason related to the fundamental question of human existence and development, First, this paper describes the principle on conflict of interest and common phenomenon of the academic corruption. Then, it thoroughly analyzes the teacher＇s benefit demand and academic appraisal mechanism in our universities. Finally, it points out that the Solution of academic corruption is based on the rational use of the interests mechanism and relies on the ＂system＂.[著者文摘]
