就业性别歧视,成为女性实现劳动权利、政治权利以及其他平等权利的障碍。分析我国就业性别歧视的现象和成因,借鉴了发达国家反就业歧视法的立法,透视出我国在相关法律制度上的缺陷,提出立法应当界定就业性别歧视的概念、认定标准,制定相关的法律责任和救济保障措施。[著者文摘]

On anti-sexism on employment and its lawful countermeasures

Abstract:
Sexism on e itics and others. This mployment becomes the barriers for women to realize equal rights of labor, polarticle analyses the phenomenon and causes of the sexism, introduces the legislation in the developed countries on anti-sexism in employment, exposes the defects in the related laws and regulations of China, and puts forward that the conception and the standard for defining sexism on employment should be made in China's legislation and that China should make corresponding legal responsibility system, and relief and prevention measures.[著者文摘]
