摘 要:
对河南省普通高校体育师资队伍职称、学历、专业、年龄基本结构和教学科研工作、师资培训、思想状况进行调查。分析探讨了目前师资队伍存在的学历偏低、科研意识不强、专业结构不尽合理等问题，在此基础上提出了加强师资队伍建设的对策与措施。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
The authors investigated me professional teaching and scientific researches, teacher＇s training and ideological understanding of college P.E. etc. The teachers＇ academic degrees were low;they were not aware of how important scientific researches were for them;and the professional structure was not reasonable.
