摘 要:
人道主义思潮是近代中国思想启蒙运动的主流，它在19世纪末20世纪初中国法制近代化的发展进程中显示了一定的影响力。从改良运动时期到新文化运动时期，人道主义思潮对中国法制近代化的影响，历经自改良派、革命派到民主派的相继推动，呈现出了阶段性分明的特征。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
The trend of humanistic thoughts is the main current of the enlightenment movements in modem China. In the late 19th and early 20th century, it showed a certain influence during the process of the modernization of legal system in China.
