摘 要:
文章探讨了建设项目环境保护设施验收监测工作中，如何正确地选用和使用标准，如何确定各项污染因子的评价量。文章侧重于验收监测标准的选用原则：标准级别及限值的确定；标准使用过程中应该注意的问题。环境标准是国家环境政策方面的具体体现，是行使环境监督管理的执法依据，是强化环境管理工作的核心。所以，在环境监测中正确选用和应用各类环境标准尤为重要。在建设项目竣工环境验收监测中环境标准渗透于工作的方方面面，并贯穿于监测的始终，它是验收监测的灵魂。[著者文摘]
