摘 要:
在对攀枝花市工业固体废物产生和处理处置现状详细调查、分析的基础上，总结了当前攀枝花市工业固体废物处理处置中存在的问题；根据攀枝花市经济发展承受能力，预测了攀枝花市近期工业固体废物产生量，由此针对攀枝花市当前工业废物综合处理状况和工业结构特征，从建设建筑材料工程，回填生态工程、回收资源工程等方面提出了各种工业废物综合利用方案，结合安全处置和废物综合利用企业建设全面探讨了攀枝花市工业固体废物污染控制对策。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Based upon the probe into the status quo of the production and treatment ＆ disposal of industrial.solid waste in Pan Zhihua, the problems in current treatment and disposal of the industrial solid waste are concluded. And accoming to the endurance for economical development in Pan Zhihua, the amount of industrial solid waste in the near future is forecasted. Thus, aimed at the current integrative treatment situation of the industrial solid waste and current industrial structure, the in.tire utilization project for each kind of industrial solid waste is achieved, from＇engineering of construction materials, engineering backfill ecology, and engineering of resource recycle, etc. Together with the safety treatment and the construction of waste integrative utilization enterprise, the countermeasures for industrial solid waste pollution control in Pan Zhihua are fully discussed.[著者文摘]
