摘 要:
国有独资企业是社会主义市场经济活动中的主导企业，也是我国现代市场经济中企业的一种重要组织形式。本文从国有企业的自身特点出发，研究分析国有独资企业财务风险产生的制度、行业、经营和市场等原因，并根据上述原因，提出建立国有企业财务风险的预警指标体系和其他防范与控制财务风险的措施。[著者文摘]
