摘 要:
对粗状假丝酵母（Candida valida）产胞外脂肪酶的培养基成分和培养条件进行了优化研究．结果表明，最佳培养基组成：10g／L葡萄糖＋20g／L橄榄油，6g／L酵母膏＋4g／L蛋白胨，K2HPO4：2g／L，MgSO4：2g／L，初始pH值为7．5，培养温度为30℃，装液量为30mL／250mL三角瓶，接种量为l％，180r／min摇床培养48h，培养液酶活高达16．36u／mL。[著者文摘]

Optimization of conditions for producing lipase by candida valida

Abstract:
The culture medium ingredient and the optimal raising condition of producing extracellular lipase by candida valida were studied. The results indicated that the best culture medium composition was： 10 g/L glucose ＋20 g/L olive oil, 6 g/L yeast paste ＋4 g/L protein peptone, K2HPO4：2 g/L, MgSO4.2 g/L, and the optimal culture condition was the initial pH 7.5, the raising temperature 30 ℃, the installing liquid volume was 30mL （250mL triangle bottle）, the inoculating quantity was the 1%, 180 rad/min raising 48 h, the nutrient fluid enzyme reached to 16.36 U/mL.[著者文摘]
