摘 要:
马克思主义中国化与中国现代化是当代中国社会发展的重大理论与实践问题，但在以往的研究中，对研究对象、研究内容与研究视野等问题，还很不足。从现代化视野出发研究马克思主义中国化，是解决这些问题的一条合理的思路。马克思有其独特的现代化理论，马克思主义中国化当然包括其现代化理论的中国化。研究马克思的现代化理论及其中国化问题，对中国现代化理论与实践具有重要的指导意义。[著者文摘]

Sinization of Marxism in the View of Modernization

Abstract:
The sinization of Marxism and the modernization of China are important issues in contemporary China. But there were some problems such as illegibility of object, superficialness of content,and straitness of visual field. The way to resolve them is to research these issues from the visual field of modernization. Karl Marx had his special theory of modernization. It is very important for Chinese modernization to study Marx＇s theory of modernization and its sinization.[著者文摘]
