摘 要:
目的：探讨蛋白激酶C（PKC）在胃癌中的表达及其与临床病理学特征之间的关系。方法：采用SP免疫组化方法，检测55例胃癌中PKC的表达情况。结果；PKC阳性表达，胃癌中浸润全层、有淋巴结转移、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期及Ⅱ、Ⅲ级疼痛均高于浸润肌层，无淋巴结转移，Ⅰ、Ⅱ期及0、I级疼痛，差异具有显著性（分别P〈0．05，P〈0．01,P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。结论：PKC可能参与了胃癌的演进过程及胃癌的疼痛调节。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Objective：To explore the expression of PKC in stomach cancer and correlation with clinical pathology. Methods：The expression of PKC was examined in 55 stomach cancer patients by SP i mmunohlstochemistry. Results：Expression of PKC was higher in full＋thlckness infiltration,lymph node metastasis, Ⅱ ,Ⅳ stages, Ⅱ , Ⅲ grade painthan in muscular layer infiltration,non-lymph node metastasis, Ⅰ ,Ⅱ stages,0, Ⅰ grade pain （P〈0.05,P〈0.01,P〈0.05,P〈 0.01）. Conelusions：PKC may participate in progression and regulating pain of stomach cancers.[著者文摘]
