摘 要:
目的探讨抗菌药物药效学参数对决定给药间隔时间的作用。方法参考国内外有关文献，依据药效学理论，结合临床用药实际，确定抗菌药物的给药间隔时间。结果抗菌药物药效学参数对确定给药间隔时间有重要作用。结论根据药效学参数并结合药代动力学参数，确定合适的给药间隔时间，可以安全、有效、经济地使用抗菌药物。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Objective To discuss the effect of pharmacodynamic parameters of antimicrobials on interval time using medicine. Methods By referring the relative literature of home and abroad, basing pharmacodynamic theory and combining practice using antimicrobials in clinic, the interval time using antimicrobials is determined. Results Pharmacodynamic parameters of antimicrobials play an important role on interval time using medicine. Conclusion Basing pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic parameters,to confirm appropriate interval time using medicine may use antimicrobials safely, rationally and economically.[著者文摘]
