摘 要:
目的调查普外科围手术期抗菌药物使用情况。方法分析普外科住院手术患者病例246份，并根据《围手术期抗菌药合理应用判断标准》对抗菌药物使用进行合理性评价。结果246倒普外住院手术患者全部应用抗菌药，涉及7大类45个品种，其中第3代头孢菌素是临床医师首选药。联合用药比例达60．57％，有39．08％的病例抗菌药物使用不合理。结论应加强普外科围手术期抗菌药物管理，以利合理使用。[著者文摘]

Analysis on Antibiotics Utilization of 246 Cases in General Surgical Department

Abstract:
Objective To Study the application of antibiotics to the inpatients of general surgical department during perioperative period. Methods 246 cases of inpatients were randomly chosen in general surgical department from July to Augest 2006, antibiotics utilizations were monitored and analyzed. To evaluate rational antibiotic utilization used in perioperation period. Results All of 246 cases of surgery inpatients applied antibiotics, including 7 kinds of antibiotics and 45 varieties. The third generation of cephalosporins was most often used by clinical doctors. The irrational utilization rate was 39.08%. The rate of combining utilization was 60. 57%. Conclusion Clinicians should strengthen the general surgical department management of antibiotics in perioperative period for rational drug use.[著者文摘]
