身体素质是每个运动项目的物质基础,是掌握动作技能、技术,提高运动能力、技术水平的前提条件.研究身体素质与体操专项技能成绩的关系,进一步揭示两者之间的内在联系与规律,目的是为了全面发展高校体育专业这一层次学生的身体素质,掌握体操专项的动作技能、技术,提高体操的能力和成绩.重视身体素质的提高已成为现代体操教学、训练体系中一个重要环节.[著者文摘]

Abstract:
