摘 要:
欧洲近代国际体系的形成是一个渐进且漫长的过程,它虽然与欧洲本身的地域、民族、经济发展和历史的文化渊源有直接关系,但是与此同时奥斯曼帝国的崛起及其策动的历次帝国战争对于正在形成中的欧洲近代民族国家构成了巨大的威胁与冲击,对欧洲国际关系历史的进程产生了重大而直接的影响.因此,作为欧洲重要的外部环境条件,对于欧洲近代国际体系形成过程中的奥斯曼因素的历史考察是必要的,而且具有现实意义.[著者文摘]

Abstract:
The formation of European modern nation-state system is a gradual and prolonged process. Although the process had a direct connection with the characteristics of European nations, economic development and historical culture, the rising Ottoman Empire and the imperial wars posed a great and impressed threat to the emerging European nation-states. Ottoman Empire had great and direct effects on the European history of international relations. Accordingly, as a very important European external factor, it is very essential and meaningful to make a historical survey of Ottoman role in the formation of European nation-state system.[著者文摘]
