摘 要:
我国高校无形资产管理存在重有形轻无形、无形资产流失严重、科技成果转化率低、无形资产效益低下、人力型无形资产菅理不善等问题。要解决这些问题，一是增强无形资产保护意识；二是建立专门的无形资产管理机构；三是建立有利于维护高校无形资产权益的管理制度；四是开展无形资产评估，建立无形资产账户；五是积搬开展对外宣传，扩大校誉，营造良好的办学环境。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Our country universities are still in the low level of the intangible asset management, lagging to the universities＇ development, mainly manifest in following several aspects：the property administrative person regard visible asset more heavily than invisible asset; the intangible asset drains, the right infringement is serious ; the technical achievement conversion rate is low and the intangible asset benefit is low;the manpower intangible asset management is bad, In order to strengthen the universities intangible asset management, we draw up following countermeasures： to enhance intangible asset protection realization and prevent it from draining;to establish specially intangible asset surveillance department;to establish advantageous system to maintenance universities intangible asset rights and interests, and ceases draining;to actively develop intangible assets assessment and establish intangible assets accounts; and to positively develop the propaganda and exterior public communication, enhance fine reputation, and build better school environment.[著者文摘]
