多钉连接的钉传载荷和板孔应力的计算是很重要也很复杂的一个问题。采用各向异性板的复变函数理论和边界配置方法,对连接件进行分区,加以限制条件,对多钉连接的复合材料层合板的钉载和板与螺栓间的接触应力和接触区域进行了计算。板和钉之间的接触应力显著受到连接板的几何尺寸、加载的条件、材料的各向异性、钉与孔之间的间隙、钉的柔度等因素的影响。在计算条件中施加了这些因素的影响。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
For joint with multi-fasteners,the prediction of pin-load is an important and complex problem. The composite plate is divied into severn regions, and every region contains a bolt hole. Then the approximate boundary conditions and constraints condition are imposed on these regions. The theory of complex variable function for anisotropy plate combined with boundary collocation method is applied to calculation pin-loads and contact region as well as the contact stress on the hole boundary. The contact stress is influenced by some factor, such as the geometry of plate, material anisotropy,fastener flexibility fastener-hole clearance, friction between fastener and laminate, bypass loading. In the calculation the relation of boundary and the constraint conditions will be considered.[著者文摘]
