Synthesis of aromatic-linked polyamine macrocyclic derivatives as HIV-1 entry inhibitors
Abstract:
A series of novel aromatic-linked polyamine macrocyclic derivatives have been synthesized. Their structures were confirmed by MS and ^1H NMR. These compounds exhibited potent anti-HIV-1 activities.[著者文摘]
