摘 要:
取消农业税，减少了乡村两级组织的收入，公共产品供给受到了极大的影响。在新形势下，应调整农村公共事业发展的思路，通过体制创新，大力发展公共产品服务型农民专业合作经济组织，改变农村公共事业投入的形式，完善农村公共事业投入机制，以适应农村公共事业发展的需要。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
After the cancellation of the agricultural tax, the income of the organizations at township and village levels is reduced and the supply of rural public goods greatly affected.
