摘 要:
目的了解热带地区肢体创伤感染细菌的种类分布情况，为临床诊断提供参考。方法回顾性分析2002-2006年海南省人民医院收治的肢体创伤感染118例住院患者细菌检出分布情况。结果从送检标本中共检出227株细菌。其中，铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌是主要菌种，分别占检出菌株总数的31．3％和22．9％。结论铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等是热带地区肢体创伤感染的主要病原菌。[著者文摘]

Survey of distribution of baceria in limb trauma infection in tropical areas.

Abstract:
Objective To understand the the distribution of bacteria in limb trauma infection in tropical areas. Methods The distribution of bacteria in 118 inpatients with limb trauma infection during 2002 to 2006 were retrospectively analyzed. Results There 227 bacteria strains were detected, and Peudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus predominated. Conclusion Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus autreus are major pathogenic bacteria results in limb trauma infection in tropical areas.[著者文摘]
