摘 要:
为进一步了解递增负荷运动对大鼠脾脏和胸腺免疫功能的影响。设计训练方案。采用电子天平对大鼠的脾脏和胸腺质量进行测定,换算成脾脏和胸腺系数,对实验数据进行分析,从而了解不同组别两个系数的变化情况,结果显示:(1)递增负荷运动后。WK2、WK3、WK4、WK5大鼠脾脏系数都显著下降,且随着负荷的递增,WK3、WK4、WK5大鼠脾脏系数与WK0运动前相比,差异更加显著。表明递增负荷这种运动刺激影响了大鼠脾脏的免疫功能:(2)递增负荷运动后,WK2、WK3、WK4、WK5大鼠的胸腺系数都显著下降,且随着负荷的递增。WK4、WK5胸腺系数与WK0运动前相比,差异更加显著。表明递增负荷这种运动刺激影响了胸腺的免疫功能,且随负荷的增加和训练时间的延长,大鼠的胸腺系数受的影响加大。[著者文摘]

Effect of Long-term Incremental Exercise on Spleen and Thymus Index of Rat

Abstract:
The subjects were randomly divided into the rest group, just after exercise (JAE) group, 3h group and 24h group. The samples ofWK0、WK1、 WK2、WK3、WK4 and WK5 were taken before exercise, just after exercise, post-exercise 3h and 24h, respectively. The immune parameters included spleen index and thymus index. These parameters were analyzed so as to observe the tendency of immune alteration and the responsive and recovery mechanism of immune function after incremental exercise. 144 Rats were randomly divided into 24 groups. Subjects executed incremental ergo meter exercise and continued 5 weeks. The results shows: ( 1 )Effects of incremental exercise on spleen index was observed before exercise, just after exercise, 3h after exercise, 24h after execise. The results indicated that the spleen index of WK2,WK3,WK4 and WK5 decreased significantly after exercise, and the spleen index of WK3,WK4 and WK5 decreased more significantly after exercise. This indicated that the effects of incremental exercise on spleen.index were deepened gradually with the increasing exercise load. (2)The results indicated that the thymus index of WK2,WK3,WK4 and WK5 decreased significantly after exercise, and the thymus index of WK4 and WK5 decreased more significantly after exercise.
