摘 要:
目的 比较前列腺干细胞抗原（PSCA）和前列腺特异性抗原（PSA）在不同前列腺病变组织中的表达差异;比较在不同的Gleason评分的前列腺癌（PCA）中PSCA的表达差异，及对前列腺癌的诊断意义。方法 采用SP二步免疫组织化学染色方法，对51例PCA、16例前列腺上皮内瘤（PIN）及18例前列腺良性增生（BPH）组织进行染色、观察及统计分析。结果 PSCA及PSA在前列腺癌、前列腺上皮内瘤、前列腺良性增生组织中的表达差异均具有显著性（P〈0．05）；两者在前列腺癌组织中的表达差异无显著性意义（P〉0．05）。结论 PSCA有可能成为前列腺癌分子病理学诊断的新型瘤标，在前列腺癌的免疫治疗方面的应用可能成为新的研究热点。[著者文摘]

Expression of Prostate Stem Cell Antigen and Prostate Special Antigen in Prostate Adenocarcinoma Tissues and Its Significance

Abstract:
Objective To campare the expression of prostate stem cell antigen（PSCA） with that of prostate special antigen（PSA） in different prostatic tissues and the prostate adenocarcinoma tissues at different Gleason value levels. Methods ma, 16 of prostatic intraepithelial neoplasms and 18 of Fifty-one cases of prostate adenocarcinobenign prostatic hyperplasia were examined and analyzed by the SP immunohistochemical staining. Results There were significant differences of expressions of PSCA and PSA among prostate adenocarcinoma and prostate intraepifhelial and benign prostate hyerplasia（P〈0. 05）, however there was no difference between the expressions of the two antigens in prostate cancer tissues （P〉0.05） . Conclusion It is possible for PSCA to become a new marker of the diagnosis of prostate adenocarcinoma in molecular pathology and a hot point of research, in the immunotheraphy of prostate adenocarcinoma.[著者文摘]
