摘 要:
目的探讨骨科围术期抗生素的合理使用。方法对2005年1月-2006年1月589例骨科手术围术期抗生素使用的情况进行分析。结果589例患者术前全部使用抗生素（100%），其中术前24 h前用药207例（35.14%），联合用药355例（60.27%），平均用药（7±2.7）d。结论骨科围术期抗生素的应用存在滥用的现象，需加以纠正，合理应用。[著者文摘]

A Study of the Antibiotics Used During the Orthopedics Perioperative Period

Abstract:
Objective To study the rational use of antibiotics during the Orthopedics perioperative period. Methods Analysis of 589 patients were provided with antibiotics during the Orthopedics operation perioperative period from January 2005 to January 2006. Results All 589 patients were provided with antibiotics before operation,among them 207 patients（35.14%） were provided with antibiotics 24 hours before operation,355 patients（60.27%） were provided with unite antibiotics, with an average time of （7±2.7）days. Conclusion The antibiotics were abused during the Orthopedic perioperative period, need to be corrected and reasonable application.[著者文摘]
