摘  要:

目的:研究竹康宁中竹叶总黄酮的提取及测定方法。方法:在单因素试验的基础上,采用L9(3^4)正交设计对乙醇回流提取法和硝酸铝比色测定法进行试验。结果:确定了乙醇回流提取法的最佳提取工艺是:70%乙醇,料液比1:30,90℃回流提取2次,每次2h。比色法测定3批次竹康宁中的竹叶黄酮,回收率为88.0%~92.0%,RSD为1.3%~2.2%,样品含量在5.1%~5.3%之间。结论:本方法简单,易于推行,结果令人满意。[著者文摘]

Abstract:

Objective: To study on the methods of extract and determine of bamboo flavone from bamboo leaf essence. Methods: On the basic of monofactorial tests, the methods of extract and determine of bamboo flavone from bamboo leaf essence were studied by the L9 (3^4) orthogonal examination. Results : The best ethanol circumfluence extraction conditions were as follows: leaves: extraction liquid (70% ethanol) = 1 : 30; circumfluence extraction for twice at 90℃ and 2 hours each time. Three batchs bamboo leaf essence were determined by colorimetry. The recoveries were between 88. 0% and 92.0% and the RSD were between 1.3% and 2. 2%. The content of bamboo flavonoids in them were between 5.1% and 5.3%. Conclusuons : The results are satisfied and the methods are worthy to spread with its easy operation.[著者文摘]
