摘 要:
中国现行外语教育制度产生于20多年前的特定历史时期,有其历史合理性,但已经不符合中国的现实情况,给当今社会带来了系列严重问题。本文从逻辑学、社会语言学、教育投资学以及国际比较等角度论证了现行制度所存在的明显不合理性,并认为中国外语教育制度应实行自愿化、专业化、基础化、区域化和激励化的系统改革。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
The education system of foreign languages in China was enacted in the special time of twenty years ago, and it was rational at that time. But now the system is not rational, especially from the angles of social linguistics, educational investment and international comparison.
