摘 要:
英国是世界上最早建立养老金制度的国家之一,原来实行的是免费性质的单一型养老模式,其间经历过多次重大改革。政府将改革的着眼点放在分阶段适时减少国家养老责任,同时又尽可能保证国民利益最大化。这一特点引人注目,探索英国养老金制度发展演变的经验教训,将对我国的养老保险制度建设提供有益启示。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
The UK is one of the countries which have the oldest pension systems. The original ＂non-contribution＂ old-age insurance system was totally a government-oriented model. During the period of several important reforms, the main reforming task was to reduce the burden of government step by step and guarantee the maximum benefits for people as well. The experiences and lessons of the UK pension system can provide useful enlightenment for the improvement of old-age insurance system in China.[著者文摘]
