摘 要:
甬沪宁进口原油管道工程施工段多在典型的江南水网地区，因该地区水系密集分布的原因，致使施工设备进场困难、运布管难度大。针对这些问题经过反复研究，制定了一套合理的水网施工方法和措施。本文就运布管、焊接、管沟开挖、河流穿越等分项工程的施工方法和特点进行了研究。实践表明，这种施工方法解决了水网地区施工遇到的种种困难，在进度、质量上取得了良好的成效。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
The construction sites of laying Yonghunning imported crude oil pipelines are usually in the South of Changjiang River, where locate so many river systems, that it is hard to transport the equipments and lay the pipelines. Through research on the basis of the local conditions, a suitable solytion has been worked out. The present paper introduces the measures and features of each construction procedure in detail, including transportation, laying pipelines, welding, ditching, crossing rivers and so on.
