摘 要:
农村公共危机是破坏农村和谐、稳定的重要威胁因素,因此农村公共危机治理的优化,实现农村的良序是推进社会主义新农村建设的重要保证。现阶段,农村公共危机突出的表现为三大形态,整体看来,农村公共危机的治理体系尚未建立,治理能力还比较低下,因此,在社会主义新农村建设的背景下,建构完善的公共危机治理体系,实现农村和谐、良序是一种天然的选择。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
The countryside public crisis is the key threatening factor to destroy the countryside＇s harmony and stability, so the establishment of good order in the countryside is the important guarantee to promote construction of the socialism new countryside. At present stage, the countryside public crisis especially takes on three forms. On the whole, the problems are that the system to resolve the countryside public crisis is not built and the ability to tackle the public crisis is at low level.
